A1 Signs delivered a comprehensive signage package as part of Smurfit Westrock’s rebrand following the Smurfit Kappa and WestRock merger. Key elements included a 20m x 2m internal banner (designed, printed and installed), halo backlit 3D fabricated aluminium letters with rear LED illumination and logo trays, plus monolith signage using powder-coated aluminium trays with digitally printed vinyl graphics. Frosted vinyl branding was also installed to create a clean, professional welcome throughout the site.

Beyond the headline branding, A1 Signs produced and fitted roadway boards and external signage, shadow boards with full-size test prints for precise tool layouts, and a wide range of health & safety, PPE and hazard control signage across the production environment. The result was a cohesive, large-scale rebrand delivered with precision, durability, and minimal disruption to an operational industrial site.
